Steenenhuis sits on its own large private grounds on top of a row of dunes near the village (a couple of minutes by bike), tennis court and swimming pool.

The house is approximately 800 meters from the beach.

Steenenhuis is one of the most characteristic holiday homes on Schiermonnikoog. It is a charming house with all the mod cons. It is used a lot of the time by the owners but is also rented alongside this as a holiday home. The house, built in 1934, has recently been completely renovated.
